Black or Frozen Screen (Remote Desktop Mac)
Fix a black Poket PC screen on your iPhone: enable Screen Recording on the Mac, reopen the helper, and reconnect.
These articles fix the problems people hit most often after installing Poket PC: macOS permissions, a black screen, a cursor that will not move, pairing codes, and when the iPhone cannot find the Mac.
For first-time setup, start with How to Control Your Mac From Your iPhone. Download the Mac helper from /mac/. To get the iPhone app, join the public TestFlight beta on /beta/. More answers live on /support/.
Most answers start in the same place: click the Poket PC icon (an iPhone) in the Mac’s menu bar. It shows whether Accessibility and Screen Recording are on, whether the Mac is discoverable on your network, and which phones are paired.
Still stuck? Email support@poketpc.com with a screenshot of the helper’s menu, your macOS version, and the iPhone app version from Settings › Version.
