Remote Cursor Not Moving on Mac

If taps on Trackpad or Screen do not move the Mac pointer, macOS is blocking control events. Without Accessibility, macOS drops them without an error. Fix Accessibility first.
Fix steps
- On the Mac, click the Poket PC menu-bar icon. Under Permissions, check Accessibility. If it reads Off or Turned off by macOS, click Fix or Turn On; that opens System Settings › Privacy & Security › Accessibility.
- Confirm Poket PC is on in that list. If it is off, turn it on and approve the prompt.
- If it is already on, switch it off, then on again.
- In the helper’s menu, click Quit Poket PC, then open the helper from Applications again.
- On the iPhone, disconnect and reconnect to the Mac.
Check the basics
- The helper icon (an iPhone) is visible in the menu bar.
- The Mac is awake and logged in (not at the lock screen).
- The connection card at the top of the app shows your Mac’s name with Same Wi‑Fi (direct) or Anywhere (relay) under it. If it reads Offline or Connecting instead, see pairing help or can’t find Mac.

Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't the pointer move from my iPhone?
Almost always because Accessibility is off for Poket PC on the Mac, or macOS turned it off after an update.
Does Trackpad need Screen Recording?
No. Trackpad needs Accessibility. Screen Recording is for the live Screen view.
I turned Accessibility on but it still fails.
Toggle Poket PC off and on in the list, choose Quit Poket PC in the helper's menu and reopen it, then reconnect from the iPhone.
Could the Mac be locked?
Yes. Poket PC cannot control the lock screen. Log in at the Mac and try again.
